Why is the price on the invoice different to the one I paid?

The invoice presents the total value of the order, including shipping. This value includes the value of the coupon/voucher code (if applied), costs of extras (e.g. additional pages) and the delivery cost. We're obliged to provide the complete data on every invoice, even if the customer bought a voucher code from an external source (our partner) and on our website was charged only for the postage.

  • individual customer's taste
  • the difference in colour or brightness between the final product and the colour or brightness displayed on the customer's monitor
  • discrepancies related to the aspect ratio of the graphics to the selected format, or files damaged by the user during the creation of the project (e.g. too poor image resolution or too large images)
