What is the best photo resolution?

Better image quality gives better print quality. The recommended resolution of the images is 180 dpi (50 Mpix).

For photo canvases, we suggest using photos in following resolutions:

12x12 inches: 2343x2343px 170dpi
16x16 inches: 3012x3012px 170dpi
20x20 inches: 3248x3248px 150dpi
24x24 inches: 3839x3839px 150dpi
12x8 inches: 2343x1673px 170dpi
8x12 inches: 1673x2343px 170dpi
24x8 inches: 4350x1673px 170dpi
8x24 inches: 1673x4350px 170dpi
16x12 inches: 3012x2343px 170dpi
