What are the technology requirements of the editor?

We kindly ask you to meet the following technical requirements of our editor:

Supported devices: desktop PC or laptop
Operational system: Windows 8/10/11/IOS
Internet browser: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox

If you meet most of the requirements, you may still be able to run the editor, but it may not work as efficiently.

We do not accept complaints based on the following arguments:

  • individual customer's taste
  • the difference in colour or brightness between the final product and the colour or brightness displayed on the customer's monitor
  • discrepancies related to the aspect ratio of the graphics to the selected format, or files damaged by the user during the creation of the project (e.g. too poor image resolution or too large images)
