Why are some products not possible to be ordered with others?

Due to difficulties with packing, canvases and mugs can't be ordered with other products. Other products can be ordered together (e.g. photo books and calendars). If you meet any issues while ordering mugs or canvases, please order them in separate orders.

We do not accept complaints based on the following arguments:

  • individual customer's taste
  • the difference in colour or brightness between the final product and the colour or brightness displayed on the customer's monitor
  • discrepancies related to the aspect ratio of the graphics to the selected format, or files damaged by the user during the creation of the project (e.g. too poor image resolution or too large images)
