What's the expiry date of my voucher code?

Each code has an expiry date, which is listed in the offer and/or under ‘’My promo codes’ tab. The expiry date indicates until when the code must be used on our website. Please note - the validity of discount codes and the validity of projects are two different things - we always keep unpaid projects for 3 months.

  • individual customer's taste
  • the difference in colour or brightness between the final product and the colour or brightness displayed on the customer's monitor
  • discrepancies related to the aspect ratio of the graphics to the selected format, or files damaged by the user during the creation of the project (e.g. too poor image resolution or too large images)
