What do I do about a printing error or damage to my book?

If you've observed any irregularity in your product, that may have been caused by us, please contact us via the Complaint form. Please, describe the situation briefly and include a few photos of the issue and of the barcode of the product.

We do not accept complaints based on the following arguments:

  • individual customer's taste
  • the difference in colour or brightness between the final product and the colour or brightness displayed on the customer's monitor
  • discrepancies related to the aspect ratio of the graphics to the selected format, or files damaged by the user during the creation of the project (e.g. too poor image resolution or too large images)
