There is a spelling error in my product and I'd like to return it, how do I do this?

We do not accept complaints based on spelling mistakes. As mentioned before, we do not proofread projects and hence ask clients to check their projects thoroughly before placing orders.

We do not accept complaints based on the following arguments:

  • individual customer's taste
  • the difference in colour or brightness between the final product and the colour or brightness displayed on the customer's monitor
  • discrepancies related to the aspect ratio of the graphics to the selected format, or files damaged by the user during the creation of the project (e.g. too poor image resolution or too large images)
