My project has been removed. Can you restore it?

Due to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) projects are only stored for a limited period of time. If the time is exceeded, projects are permanently removed from our servers without the possibility of restoration.

We do not accept complaints based on the following arguments:

  • individual customer's taste
  • the difference in colour or brightness between the final product and the colour or brightness displayed on the customer's monitor
  • discrepancies related to the aspect ratio of the graphics to the selected format, or files damaged by the user during the creation of the project (e.g. too poor image resolution or too large images)
